Shannon Morrison - Denture Assistant

I was born in Ponca City but graduated from Oologah High School. My husband Jared and I live in Claremore with our three kids. I have been a denture assistant at All Smiles going on almost 12 years! Dr. Allen & Dr. Garrison have made All Smiles feel like a second home to me. In my downtime, I am usually taking kids to a sports practice or just soaking up time with my friends & family. I love connecting with patients and changing the way they feel about their smiles. I can't wait to see you in my chair!

Loni Moushon - Denture Assistant

Hello! I'm Loni and I have been a dental assistant for about 14 years. I have worked here at All Smiles for about 7 years and have been working on dentures for 5 of those years. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 14 years and we have three children; Holden 11, Kaylie 7, and Athens 4. We love regular family time and enjoy watching the kids play sports. We like to go outdoors and fish or hike or find new spots down different creeks on our little john boat. I love getting to know my patients at All Smiles and trying to fix any problems they're having with their prosthetics.

I was born in Bartlesville but raised in Washington state. We moved back shortly after I graduated high school. I do miss the scenery and Mariner games! My family and I have lived in Oologah for 7 years now. We built our first home here. My husband and I have been married for 13 years and have four children.  We love watching them excel at their activities, so you’ll usually find us at a ball game somewhere! We are always on the go, and we love it that way. We also enjoy the outdoors, hiking and camping is so fun for us! I have been in dentistry for 4 years now and so lucky to learn more about dentistry here! I enjoy seeing people happy, I like to make them smile and feel comfortable. I am so blessed to be working beside Dr Garrison and Dr Allen. They're so fun and caring to work for.

Ashlee Johnson - Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Ashlee Johnson. I was born and raised in Oologah. I went to Oologah Public Schools my whole life and graduated in 2017. I then went to the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a degree in Health in Exercise Science. After college I moved back and it feels so good to be home.

I am a dental assistant here at All Smiles and I am so thankful to be able to work at a place I love. Everyone is so extremely kind and helpful, we are like a lil family. Dr. Allen and Dr. Garrison are some of the best people to work for and I am so thankful they gave me the opportunity.

Some of my favorite things are iced vanilla lattes, shopping, hanging out with my family, and reading on cozy days.

Selena Murtaugh - Dental Hygienist

Hi there! I’m Selena, one of All Smiles Dental Hygienists. I’ve been with Dr. Garrison and Dr. Allen for almost 8 years now.  This practice is one of a kind! You will not find a friendlier more down-to-earth staff, and I am blessed to be a part of this team.

A little about me, I was raised in Oklahoma (mostly) and I call Sallisaw, OK my hometown. My interest in dentistry started shortly after completing high school. I attended a dental assisting school in Arkansas. As soon as I started working, I quickly developed a passion for dentistry and knew I was where I wanted to be! I later attended Oklahoma University and obtained my dental hygiene degree in 2010.  My love for dentistry grows with each passing year.  My passion lies in comforting, educating, and providing my patients with detailed patient care. Your smiling is important to me and that goes way beyond cleaning teeth. I enjoy attending multiple continuing education courses each year, as these help me strive to further my education and stay aligned with the advances in dentistry.

Working in Oologah for both Dr. Garrison and Dr. Allen has been great! They have created a fun, healthy, patient-driven environment and I love calling this office my dental home!

I have a wonderful husband Chad; we have been married for 16 years.  We have 2 children. They are our shining stars! We enjoy all their activities, still learning and deciding on their favorites. In my downtime, I enjoy any and all things outside!  The lake, hiking, biking, gardening, hanging out with friends, and traveling. We stay busy!

I look forward to seeing you in my chair soon and getting to know you and your smile!

Ashley Emberson - Dental Hygienist

I was born and raised in Southeast Kansas, the same county as Dr. Allen we've known each other a while:)! My husband Gene and I have been married for eleven years and currently live just outside Nowata, OK, on our little slice of heaven on earth. Along with our two kiddo's we have a small cow/calf operation, a few horses, two goats and three dogs. Our son Treaver is thirteen and will be in the eighth grade this fall, our daughter Dali is nine and will be in the third grade, both go to school in Nowata, Go Ironmen! We spend most of our free time chasing Treaver from football to basketball to baseball, fishing and hunting. Dali enjoys basketball, cheerleading and junior rodeoing. I get to squeeze in some barrel racing and Gene enjoys team roping on occasion. Working at All Smiles has been a true blessing for me and my family. Dr. Garrison and Dr. Allen are great bosses and truly great people who also take care of us as a team like family!

Brandi Pennington - Business Manager

My name is Brandi and I’ve been in dentistry for over 20 years. I started as an assistant in my hometown of Cleveland, OK and eventually found that I’m more suited for the business team due to my accounting and business training over the years. I enjoy working at All Smiles because it’s close to home and the people I work with are like family. We have a strong bond, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. I’ve lived most of my adult life in the Oologah area and I love it here. My husband, Chad and I have four children between the two of us – Bonner, twins Kayden and Kylar, and Khloe -as well as several bonus kiddos (and now even a few grandkids) whom we’ve welcomed into our home over the years and treat as our own. Our family has been involved with many activities in the community for as long as we can remember. Khloe is currently attending Oologah High School, where Bonner and Kayden are both 2020 graduates. Bonner will be graduating from Southern Arkansas University soon with a degree in engineering. Kayden is somewhat of the family entrepreneur, so he keeps life interesting with his big ideas. We also have an interesting variety of fur babies, including a Corgi (Richard), a French Bulldog (Nellie) and a Greyhound (Iris). You may even see Richard or Nellie on occasion at the office!

We lost Kylar to suicide in May of 2019, and have since committed to being advocates of suicide prevention and awareness in this community. I started a business, 9 Designs, in late 2019 in honor of Kylar, whose football number was #9. We spread awareness by giving awareness bracelets with every order with #FLYHIGH9 on them in his memory. We also donate 10% of sales to the Kylar James Brady Memorial Fund to support our local efforts of suicide prevention and awareness, in addition to helping local families who have endured the pain due to the loss of a child. All Smiles supports me at work and helps me advocate for our cause. During Suicide Awareness month in September, the doctors have awareness shirts made for the staff to wear in honor of Kylar. I honestly cannot explain the appreciation I have for the All Smiles family.

Georga Rubright - Treatment Plan Coordinator

Hi! I’m Georga Rubright. I was born in Claremore and grew up in Oologah. I currently live in Verdigris with my husband of 14 years and our daughter Kloie who is 10. We enjoy going to and serving at our church, hanging out with our family, keeping up with Kloie’s dance and hanging out with our 3 dogs and bunny. I have  been a dental assistant for 16 years, I also taught assisting for 6 years. I’m really enjoying being back at work in my hometown. Dr Allen and Dr Garrison are awesome and caring people to work for!

Kelly Miller

Hey there! I’m Kelly, a proud Oklahoman with roots in Claremore and Vinita. After spending 16 years in Frisco, TX, just outside of Dallas, I made the move back to Collinsville to marry the love of my life, Michael Miller. He’s been with American Airlines for an impressive 35 years. Together, we have three wonderful adult children—Mark, Cody, and Katie—and an adorable granddaughter, Acadia.

Our story is one of serendipity; Michael and I first met in 1996 but reconnected 21 years later in 2017, and the timing couldn't have been better. Now, we’re enjoying our empty nest with our furry companions, Miko the German Shepherd and Sassy the cat. Most weekends, you’ll find us at our lake home along the Little Niangua River at Lake of the Ozarks, making memories with our family and friends.

My professional journey took an unexpected turn in 2019 when my best friend of 50 years encouraged me to join her at a dental office, leaving behind a 30-year career in graphic design. I quickly discovered my passion for working with patients and being part of a fantastic team dedicated to improving health and creating beautiful smiles. Finding Dr. Garrison and Dr. Addie was like coming home; their organization, ethics and peaceful atmosphere are just what this rural girl, turned city girl, turned rural girl again desperately needed!

Jennie Garrison - Dr Garrison's mother

“Grandma Jennie” retired several years ago after dedicating more than 40 yrs in public education. Mom has many interests, none more important than spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, she has 7! Fun facts about mom: tried to substitute for a few years, but got tired of the little rascals, to put it mildly, students having their phones with them in class was her final straw! Mom is a great poker player and enjoys the Senior tournaments at various local casinos, having one Championship under her belt, has been called “Lady Fingers” by fellow poker enthusiasts. She also has Ubered for a few years, always enjoyed good conversation with whomever rode with her and couldn’t wait to tell all of us the crazy stories. She controlled our message board for 13 years until we recently got the new one with new technology and after a few hours of training told me, “that’s it, I’m retiring from the sign duties, need someone younger to understand this technology!” Besides all of this her true passion has been gardening and the beautiful array of flowers, shrubs and bird feeders we have around our clinic. The beauty is a testament to her hard and sustaining effort. We, along with the patients, enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife and community cats that follow closely behind, allowing a sense of peace during patient visits. Thank you mom and we all Love you and appreciate your hard work!
